1 cuncooked instant rice
1 can(s)8 oz. can crushed pineapple, undrained
2 Tbspbrown sugar
1/2 cshredded cheddar cheese
How to Make PINEAPPLE RICE CASSEROLE
- Preheat oven to 375^.
Prepare rice according to package directions.
Stir in butter. Add pineapple, brown sugar and salt; spoon into a greased shallow 1 qt. baking dish.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Bake, uncovered, for 15 to 20 minutes or until heated through and cheese is melted.
