Ingredients

  • 2 cans pineapple chunks, 13 1/2 ounces each, drained
  • 2 cans crushed pineapple, 20 ounces each, drained
  • 2/3 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 1/2 cup all purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup oats, regular
  • 1/3 cup butter, softened
  • 3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 3/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg

How To Make pineapple crisp

  • Step 1
    Heat oven to 375 degrees.
  • Step 2
    Grease square pan, 8 X 8 X 2 inches.
  • Step 3
    Arrange pineapple in pan.
  • Step 4
    Mix remaining ingredients.
  • Step 5
    Sprinkle over pineapple.
  • Step 6
    Bake about 30 minutes or until topping is golden brown and pineapple is tender.
