pineapple cheesebake

Got this from one of my coworkers, Jennifer. Some people may be wary of pineapple and cheese in same recipe, but once they try it, they will change their minds! This is delicious and my absolute favorite dessert.

8-10 (or less, you can refrigerate it and eat it later cold or microwaved)
Ingredients
- 1 can pineapple tidbits
- 2 cups shredded cheddar, mild or sharp
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup flour
- 1 - tube of ritz crackers
- 1 stick butter
How To Make pineapple cheesebake

Step 1Preheat over to 425.

Step 2Drain juice from pineapple (but save the juice!)

Step 3Layer pineapple on bottom of a casserole dish.

Step 4Layer cheese on top of pineapple.

Step 5Mix pineapple juice, sugar and flour and pour on top.

Step 6Crush crackers (I just break them up in the package, and crush more if not small enough when opened.)

Step 7Melt butter and mix with cracker crumbs, sprinkle on top.

Step 8Bake for 25 mins.
