I love this easy easy casserole....delicious! The first time I ever ate it was at one of my brother-in-law, Carl's relative's house one Thanksgiving. Since that time my sister, Ginger has done an outstanding job in making it. She can make it everyday 7 days a week and I would never get tired of it! Yummy to my tummy! *Google pic*

Ingredients

  • 2 cans of chunky pineapple with juice
  • 6 tablespoons flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 cups mild or med.sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 - stack of ritz crackers, crushed
  • 1 stick margarine

How To Make pineapple casserole

  • Step 1
    Mix first 4 ingredients together. Pour into casserole dish. Sprinkle crushed crackers over top. Dot with margarine. Bake at 350 for 30-45 minutes.
