Ingredients
- 1 quart cider vinegar
- 6 quarts peeled whole peaches
- 5 sticks cinnamon
- 12 cups sugar
- 2 tablespoons whole allspice
- 1 tablespoon whole cloves
How To Make pickled peaches

Step 1In a dutch oven (large sauce pan) put vinegar, sugar and spices, bring to a boil.

Step 2Add peaches and cook till a fork pierces peaches.

Step 3Put in jars juice and all and seal. let stand in cool place for 1 week before you eat.
