I love these when my mom used to make them i Would've ate a whole jar if she'd let me!!

Ingredients

  • 1 quart cider vinegar
  • 6 quarts peeled whole peaches
  • 5 sticks cinnamon
  • 12 cups sugar
  • 2 tablespoons whole allspice
  • 1 tablespoon whole cloves

How To Make pickled peaches

  • Step 1
    In a dutch oven (large sauce pan) put vinegar, sugar and spices, bring to a boil.
  • Step 2
    Add peaches and cook till a fork pierces peaches.
  • Step 3
    Put in jars juice and all and seal. let stand in cool place for 1 week before you eat.
