    whipping cream

How to Make Pears In Caramel Cream

Step-by-Step

  1. Place pears in a buttered shallow baking pan; sprinkle with sugar and dot with butter.
  2. Bake at 475 degrees for 15 minutes or until sugar turns brown; baste several times.
  3. Pour cream over pears, stirring gently.
  4. Bake 2 additional minutes.
  5. Serve hot.
