Ingredients
- 2/3 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 cup milk
- 3 tablespoons butter melted
- 15 ounces can sliced peaches drained reserve the liquid
- 8 ounces cream cheese room temp
- 3 teaspoons reserved peach juice
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 cup chopped pecans (optional)
How To Make peaches and cream pudding cake

Step 1Mix the flour, baking powder, and salt together. Add the egg, milk and butter beat until well incorporated.

Step 2Grease a 9 inch round pan and pour the batter in the pan. Arrange the peaches over the dough.

Step 3Mix the cream cheese, sugar and peach juice together and spoon over peaches.

Step 4Mix the cinnamon and sugar together and sprinkle over the top. Top with pecans

Step 5Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes
