1 tsp
baking powder
1/2 tsp
salt
1 large
egg
1/2 c
milk
3 Tbsp
butter melted
15 oz
can sliced peaches drained reserve the liquid
8 oz
cream cheese room temp
3 tsp
reserved peach juice
2 tsp
sugar
1 tsp
cinnamon
1 c
chopped pecans (optional)

How to Make Peaches and Cream Pudding Cake

Step-by-Step

  • 1Mix the flour, baking powder, and salt together. Add the egg, milk and butter beat until well incorporated.
  • 2Grease a 9 inch round pan and pour the batter in the pan. Arrange the peaches over the dough.
  • 3Mix the cream cheese, sugar and peach juice together and spoon over peaches.
  • 4Mix the cinnamon and sugar together and sprinkle over the top. Top with pecans
  • 5Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes
