  • 2 Tbsp
  • 1 tsp
  • 1 tsp
    baking powder
  • 2 large
  • 1/3 c
  • 1 Tbsp
    melted butter
  • 1 1/4 c
    diced peaches
  • ·
    oil for frying
  • ·
    powdered sugar for sprinkling

How to Make Peach Fritters


  1. Stir together flour, salt baking powder and sugar. Whisk in eggs, milk and butter. Fold in peaches. Heat oil in fryer to 375. Oil should be at least an inch up skillet. Ladle about 1/4 cup of batter into the hot oil and cook for 3 or 4 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from skillet and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
