Ingredients

  • 2 pounds ripe peaches, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 4 kiwis, firm, peeled, and thinly sliced
  • 1 cup fresh orange juice
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon shredded fresh mint leaves

How To Make peach dessert salad

  • Step 1
    Place all the ingredients in a large bowl and stir gently to mix. Cover and refrigerate long enough to chill, up to several hours.
  • Step 2
    Spoon the fruit and juices into individual bowls and serve.
