frozen peach slices
1/3 c
granulated sugar
3 Tbsp
all-purpose flour
1 1/4 tsp
ground cinnamon
2 Tbsp
honey
3/4 c
coarsely crushed graham crackers
1/4 c
packed brown sugar
1/2 c
all-purpose flour
1/4 c
rolled oats
1/4 tsp
ground cinnamon
1/3 c
butter cut up
vanilla ice cream(optional)

How to Make Peach Crisp

Step-by-Step

  • 1Thaw peaches do not drain. preheat oven to 375 degrees f. for filling, im a very large bowl stir together granulated sugar, the 3 tablespoons flour, and 1 teaspoon of the cinnamon. add peaches; toss to coat. spread in a 3 quart ungreased rectangular baking dish. drizzle honey over peaches.
  • 2for toppoing. in a large bowl stir together crushed graham crackers, brown sugar, the 1/2 cup flour, rolled oats, and the remaining 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon. useing a pastry blender, cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbes. sprinkle topping evenly over the peach mixture.
  • 3Bake,uncovered, about 40 minutes or until topping is golden brown and filling is bubby. if desired serve topped with ice cream.
