Ingredients
- 8 cups frozen peach slices
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 1/4 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 3/4 cup coarsely crushed graham crackers
- 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/3 cup butter cut up
- - vanilla ice cream(optional)
How To Make peach crisp

Step 1Thaw peaches do not drain. preheat oven to 375 degrees f. for filling, im a very large bowl stir together granulated sugar, the 3 tablespoons flour, and 1 teaspoon of the cinnamon. add peaches; toss to coat. spread in a 3 quart ungreased rectangular baking dish. drizzle honey over peaches.

Step 2for toppoing. in a large bowl stir together crushed graham crackers, brown sugar, the 1/2 cup flour, rolled oats, and the remaining 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon. useing a pastry blender, cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbes. sprinkle topping evenly over the peach mixture.

Step 3Bake,uncovered, about 40 minutes or until topping is golden brown and filling is bubby. if desired serve topped with ice cream.
