I made these beautiful crepes one year for my mother's birthday and she raved about them. I wish I could make them for her again :( I hope heaven has all you can eat crepes.

Ingredients
- FILLING
- 2 large peaches (to make 2 cups sliced)
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons whipping cream
- 5 tablespoons brown sugar, packed
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- CREPES
- 3 - eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup water
- 3/4 cup all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
How To Make peach creme cheese crepes~robynne

Step 1PREPARE CREPES-In blender combine ingredients and mix until smooth. Bake in 8inch crepe pan or non-stick skillet.

Step 2PREPARE FILLING-Peel and slice peaches to make 2 cups. Set aside.

Step 3In separate bowl, beat cream cheese, sour cream and whipping cream until smooth. Add brown sugar and nutmeg. Set aside

Step 4Spoon about 1/3 cup of filling with 3 or 4 peach slices into the center of each crepe. Roll up or fold each crepe into quarters.

Step 5Place on serving platter and dust with powdered sugar. Serve with whipped cream if desired.
