Very easy to make and tasty too!! Can use apple, cherry and mixed berries also.I use canned fruit pie filling.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup all purpose flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 - large can of sliced peaches, drained
  • pinch - salt
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

How To Make peach cobbler

  • Step 1
    Pre-heat oven to 350. Spray 2 qt baking dish with non-stick spray. Add the drained peaches.
  • Step 2
    Mix flour, sugar, cinnamin and salt together. Add milk, stir well
  • Step 3
    Pour the flour mixture over the peaches and do not stir. Dot the top of the peaches with butter cubes and bake for 30 minutes or until brown and bubbly
  • Step 4
    Serve warm with vannila ice cream.
