Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp
    butter
  • 2 Tbsp
    sugar
  • 2 Tbsp
    flour
  • 1 Tbsp
    instant non-fat dry powdered milk
  • 1/8 tsp
    baking powder
  • 1/8 tsp
    cinnamon
  • ·
    dash of salt
  • 2 Tbsp
    water
  • 1
    4 oz. snack-size diced peaches, well drained

How to Make PEACH COBBLER IN A MUG

Step-by-Step

  1. Microwave 1 Tbsp. butter in mug until melted, about 20 seconds.
  2. Combine sugar, flour, instant dry milk, baking powder, cinnamon, salt and water, add to mug. Stir with a fork till well blended. Add well drained peaches on top of batter and do not stir.
  3. Microwave on medium-high for 2 minutes. Let stand in microwave for 1 minute. Use an oven mitt to remove the mug from the microwave and let it cool off enough so that you can eat.
