Ingredients

  • 4-5 cups peeled and sliced peaches
  • 2 tablespoons splenda brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • DOUGH
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 4 tablespoons cold butter cubed
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/3-1/2 cup milk

How To Make peach cobbler

  • Step 1
    peel peaches and slice. Mix splenda brown sugar, cinnamon, and the flour with the peaches, set aside.
  • Step 2
    Mix flour, baking powder, and salt. Add in the cold butter cubed. mix with hands or a pastry blender,(i use my hands, much easier) add milk as needed, a little at a time. Press dough into a 9inch pie plate. Pour fruit mixture on top. Bake for 40 minutes @425 degrees
