sliced peaches, 29 oz, in heavy syrup; drained but reserve liquid
biscuit mix (i use bisquick)
brown sugar, not packed
How to Make Peach Cobbler
1Preheat oven to 375°.
Drain peaches, reserving liquid. Mix with brown sugar and set aside.
2Mix together biscuit mix, nutmeg, milk and peach juice. Add in melted butter until combined.
3Pour into 9x13" baking dish. No need to butter dish.
Spoon peach mixture over batter.
4Bake @ 375° for 45-50 minutes. Serve warm with whipped cream or, even better, ice cream.
