1 can(s)sliced peaches, 29 oz, in heavy syrup; drained but reserve liquid
2 cbiscuit mix (i use bisquick)
1 creserved peach juice
1/2 tspground nutmeg
1 cbutter, melted
1-1/2 cbrown sugar, not packed
How to Make Peach Cobbler
- Preheat oven to 375°.
Drain peaches, reserving liquid. Mix with brown sugar and set aside.
- Mix together biscuit mix, nutmeg, milk and peach juice. Add in melted butter until combined.
- Pour into 9x13" baking dish. No need to butter dish.
Spoon peach mixture over batter.
- Bake @ 375° for 45-50 minutes. Serve warm with whipped cream or, even better, ice cream.
