A teacher friend, Shirley, gave me this recipe so long ago that I don't even remember getting it. It's a great last-minute dessert, so easy and quick. Just dollop ice cream on top, and everyone will rave!

Ingredients

Add to Grocery List

  • 1 can(s)
    sliced peaches (29 oz.)
  • 1 c
    granulated sugar
  • 1 c
    self-rising flour
  • 1 stick
    butter or margarine

How to Make Peach Cobbler

Step-by-Step

  1. Put peaches (including juice) in a casserole that you have sprayed with Pam.
  2. Combine sugar and flour in a bowl or paper bag. Spread the combination over the peaches.
  3. Cut up the butter and place on top of sugar/flour. I cut the butter over the top as evenly as I can.
  4. Bake at 350 for 45 or 50 minutes. So easy and a really scrumptious dessert!
