Peach Cobbler

Sandy Young

A teacher friend, Shirley, gave me this recipe so long ago that I don't even remember getting it. It's a great last-minute dessert, so easy and quick. Just dollop ice cream on top, and everyone will rave!

1 can(s)
sliced peaches (29 oz.)
1 c
granulated sugar
1 c
self-rising flour
1 stick
butter or margarine

1Put peaches (including juice) in a casserole that you have sprayed with Pam.
2Combine sugar and flour in a bowl or paper bag. Spread the combination over the peaches.
3Cut up the butter and place on top of sugar/flour. I cut the butter over the top as evenly as I can.
4Bake at 350 for 45 or 50 minutes. So easy and a really scrumptious dessert!
