peach cobbler
A teacher friend, Shirley, gave me this recipe so long ago that I don't even remember getting it. It's a great last-minute dessert, so easy and quick. Just dollop ice cream on top, and everyone will rave!

Ingredients
- 1 can sliced peaches (29 oz.)
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup self-rising flour
- 1 stick butter or margarine
How To Make peach cobbler
-
Step 1Put peaches (including juice) in a casserole that you have sprayed with Pam.
-
Step 2Combine sugar and flour in a bowl or paper bag. Spread the combination over the peaches.
-
Step 3Cut up the butter and place on top of sugar/flour. I cut the butter over the top as evenly as I can.
-
Step 4Bake at 350 for 45 or 50 minutes. So easy and a really scrumptious dessert!
