This is a very easy & good cobbler. I also use blackberries or/and blueberries. My family loves it. I have also substituted splenda blend for sugar & it is great!

Ingredients

  • 1 quart frozen sweetened peaches (or 2 lg. cans)
  • 1 cup brown sugar, lightly packed
  • 1 cup black walnuts (optional)
  • 1 1/2 cups self rising flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups milk, whole
  • 1 stick margarine

How To Make peach cobbler

  • Step 1
    Thaw peaches & place in bottom of 9x13 pan. Sprinkle brown sugar over peaches & set aside to dissolve.Add nuts over mixture.
  • Step 2
    Mix sugar & flour well, add milk. mix until smooth using wire whisk. Pour over peach mixture. Then chop up stick of margaring in pieces over top of cobbler.
  • Step 3
    Bake at 350 degree for about 45 min. or until golden brown.
