This is a very easy & good cobbler. I also use blackberries or/and blueberries. My family loves it.
I have also substituted splenda blend for sugar & it is great!

frozen sweetened peaches (or 2 lg. cans)
1 c
brown sugar, lightly packed
1 c
black walnuts (optional)
1 1/2 c
self rising flour
1 c
1 1/2 c
milk, whole
1 stick

How to Make Peach Cobbler


  • 1Thaw peaches & place in bottom of 9x13 pan. Sprinkle brown sugar over peaches & set aside to dissolve.Add nuts over mixture.
  • 2Mix sugar & flour well, add milk. mix until smooth using wire whisk. Pour over peach mixture. Then chop up stick of margaring in pieces over top of cobbler.
  • 3Bake at 350 degree for about 45 min. or until golden brown.
