This is my Moms recipe.Everyone loved it.We lost her March 2010.So grateful she had wrote down some of them.

Ingredients
- 1 stick butter, cold
- 4 large fresh peaches sliced/or bag of frozen
- 1 cup sugar/ can use less
- 1 cup self rising flour
- 1 cup water
How To Make peach cobbler

Step 1Slice butter and spread on bottom 8X8 baking dish.Then I lined up the slices.

Step 2Peel and clean fresh peaches and slice into quarters.Pour over butter.

Step 3Mix sugar,flour and water by hand real good.Pour over peaches. Bake at 350 degrees for an hour or til it is golden brown. Best served with vanilla ice cream...Yum Yum!!!
