peach cobbler

This is my dad's favorite dessert, he requests it from me at every family potluck!

Ingredients

  • 2 large cans peaches
  • 1 box - yellow cake mix
  • 1/2 stick cold butter, cut up

How To Make peach cobbler

  • Step 1
    Drain juice from peaches, dice if desired. Pour into 9x11 glass pan.
  • Step 2
    Sprinkle cake mix on top of peaches, covering evenly. You may not need entire box.
  • Step 3
    Put little butter cubes all over top of cake mix. This will make a crunchy crust. Bake at 400 until browned on top. Serve with vanilla ice cream!!
