Peach Blueberry Easy Cobbler

Ingredients

1 stickbutter (not margarine)

1 1/2 csugar divided or... 3/4 c splenda and 3/4 c sugar

1 Tbspbaking powder
-
1 pinchsalt
-
3/4 tspcinnamon

1 call purpose flour
-
1 pinchnutmeg
-
1 cmilk
-
4 c1/2 blueberries frozen or fresh and 1/2 canned peach slices drained and cut in chunks

1 Tbsplemon juice
How to Make Peach Blueberry Easy Cobbler
- Melt butter in 9 X 13 baking pan.
Combine and mix well all dry ingredients except one cup of sugar; add milk, stirring just until dry ingredients are moistened. Pour batter over butter in baking pan (DO NOT STIR). - Sprinkle lemon juice and remaining 1 cup sugar on fruit and toss. Add to batter evenly in pan . DO NOT STIR.
- Bake in preheated 375 deg oven 45 min until nice and brown.
