- 4 medium slightly green-tipped bananas
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/4 cup dry sherry
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- - whipped cream
- - cinnamon
How To Make panama hatties

Step 1Preheat oven to 400°.

Step 2Put bananas into buttered shallow baking dish. Brush with juice.

Step 3Blend honey, sherry, and butter. Pour over bananas and bake for 15-20 minutes.

Step 4Serve warm, topped with well-chilled plain whipped cream dusted with cinnamon to taste.
