Ingredients

  • 2
    eggs
  • 1 1/2 c
    sugar
  • 4 Tbsp
    all purpose flour
  • 2 1/2 tsp
    baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt
  • 1 tsp
    cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp
    nutmeg
  • 2 c
    chopped apples
  • 1 c
    chpped nuts (your choice) mine is walnuts)
  • 2 tsp
    vanilla extract

How to Make OZARK PUDDING

Step-by-Step

  1. Beat eggs and sugar until smooth. Combine flour,baking powder,salt and spices. Blend into sugar mixture.
  2. Add apple,nuts and vanilla. Place in greased 10by6inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Serve with cool whip or ice cream.
