Ingredients

2 - eggs
1 1/2 cups sugar
4 tablespoons all purpose flour
2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
2 cups chopped apples
1 cup chpped nuts (your choice) mine is walnuts)
2 teaspoons vanilla extract

How To Make ozark pudding

Step 1

Beat eggs and sugar until smooth. Combine flour,baking powder,salt and spices. Blend into sugar mixture.

Step 2

Add apple,nuts and vanilla. Place in greased 10by6inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Serve with cool whip or ice cream.
