Every good cook that I know has a good Jello recipe, especially during the Holidays. I grew up with this one. I have been sitting here thinking about the wonderful things my mom used to make and I want to share them with you

Ingredients

2 small pkgs orange jello
3 cups boiling water
1 (16 oz) can frozen orange juice concentrate
1 (20 oz. can crushed pineapple, drained
2 cans mandarin oranges, drained
1 small package of instant lemon pudding and pie filling
1 small carton of cool whip
- grated cheddar cheese

How To Make orange jello delight

Step 1

Add 3 cups boiling water to Jello and mix well to dissolve. Add orange juice concentrate. Add drained pineapple and oranges; mix. Put in refrigerator and let set up. Mix pudding mix with Cool Whip. Spread on top of set up Jello. Sprinkle with Cheddar Cheese.
