Ingredients
- ORANGE CREAM MIXTURE
- 6 ounces frozen orange juice concentrate
- 1 cup gingerale
- 1 bag mini marshmellows
- 2 cups whipping cream, whipped save 1/2 for the topping
- 8 ounces marscapone
- FOR THE CAKE
- 1 box orange cake mix
- 1 box instant pudding
- FOR THE TOPPING
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- - orange zest & blackberries
How To Make orange delight

Step 1Mix the box cake according to directions, add the pudding to the cake mix and replace the water with orange juice and the oil with orange flavored olive oil. Bake according to directions in 9"x13" pan Cool.

Step 2Combine the frozen orange juice and ginger ale in a saucepan and bring to a boil.

Step 3Pour the hot o.j. mixture over the marshmallows and stir until melted. Cool

Step 4Bring the mascarpone to room temperature. Combine the mascarpone and cooled o.j. mixtures. Beat until smooth.

Step 5Beat the whipping cream until thick, add the powdered sugar and vanilla. Fold into o.j. mixture.

Step 6Break the cake into small pieces. place a layer of cake In a trifle dish or clear bowl, cover with a layer of cream mixture. Add another layer of cake, followed by another layer of cream, continue with this process until the bowl is filled.

Step 7Decorate with a layer of whipped cream, blackberries and shaved orange zest.
