I made this recipe for students when I was a cafeteria manager. Great way to sneak fruit into their food

Ingredients

  • 1(3 oz) - box orange jello
  • 6 oz - hot water
  • 5 oz - mandarian juice (save from oranges)
  • 4 0z - premade whipped topping (like cool whip)
  • 2 1/2 oz. - orange sherbet
  • 1 can - mandarian oranges (drained well, save juice)

How To Make orange sherbet jello

  • Step 1
    Dissolve jello in hot water and juice combination. Add softened orange sherbet. Refrigerated till consistency of egg whites
  • Step 2
    remove jello mixture from refrigerator and fold in whipped topping and drained mandarian oranges
  • Step 3
    refrigerate till set .
