1 can(s)crushed pineapple in own juices
1 boxlarge box of orange jello
1 lbsmall curd cottage cheese
2 can(s)drained mandarin oranges
3 cmini marshmellows
1medium tub of cool whip
How to Make Opal Salad
- Bring pineapple with juice and sugar to a boil.
- Remove from heat and add jello, stir until desovled, then add cool whip and cottage cheese and 1 can of mandarin oranges (drained).
- chill for 30 minutes in frig, remove and add marshmellows. Stir in and add remaining can of drained oranges on top in a clever pattern.
