Ingredients
- 2 cups strawberries chopped
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar

Step 1Chop strawberries.

Step 2In a medium sauce pan combine strawberries, balsamic vinegar, and sugar.

Step 3Combine all ingredients in a medium sauce pan, and cook on medium-high heat for about 20 min. Stirring occasionally. When sauce is the consistency of honey. Remove from heat and allow to cool. Voila it is jam.

Step 4If you want sauce just cook the strawberries for 10 min., until consistency is of maple syrup on the back of your spoon, remove from heat and allow to cool.
