How to Make Oatmeal Apple Crisp
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees and light grease an 8 inch pan.
- Combine rolled oats, brown sugar, flour, butter/margarine, and 1/2 tbls cinnamon. Mixture should be crumbly.
- Core, peel and chop apples into cubes. Coat with white sugar and remaining cinnamon.
- Pour apple mixture into pan. Cover with oatmeal crumble.
- Bake 40 - 45 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve immediately with vanilla ice cream and carmel sauce. Enjoy!
