rolled oats
1 c
brown sugar, light
1 c
all purpose flour
1 c
butter or margarine, softened
1 Tbsp
cinnamon
1/2 c
white sugar

How to Make Oatmeal Apple Crisp

Step-by-Step

  • 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees and light grease an 8 inch pan.
  • 2Combine rolled oats, brown sugar, flour, butter/margarine, and 1/2 tbls cinnamon. Mixture should be crumbly.
  • 3Core, peel and chop apples into cubes. Coat with white sugar and remaining cinnamon.
  • 4Pour apple mixture into pan. Cover with oatmeal crumble.
  • 5Bake 40 - 45 minutes or until golden brown.
  • 6Serve immediately with vanilla ice cream and carmel sauce. Enjoy!
