Step-by-Step

  1. PREHEAT OVEN350*

PLACE almonds, and walnuts on cookie sheet;toast 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown.DON'T TURN OVEN OFF.
  2. COMBINE honey, eggs whites, cinnamom and salt in a large bowl;Mix well.

ADD oats and toasted nuts, mix well...
  3. DROP by rounded teaspoonfuls onto ungreased nonstick, cookie sheet.
BAKE 12 or until lightly browned.
    Cool on wire rack.
  4. ENJOY IT AND ,and pack some for a walk or just a snack .SHARE some and make someone else smile.

STORE unopened packages of nuts in a cool dark place.

STORE opened packages in a airtight container in the refrigerator for six months or in the freezer for up to two years.

BUT of course they never last that long,we make enough to share family and give some to our neighbors. And take some on long walks or natural walks. 1/10/2012
