I got this recipe out of a magazine. Very yummy & easy to make. Oh soooo good with ice cream!!

Ingredients

7 large apples
1 cup white sugar
1 tablespoon flour
1 teaspoon cinnamon
dash salt
1/4 cup water
1 package 9oz. yellow cake mix (i used half of 18oz. bx.)
3/4 cup oats (quick minute oatmeal)
1/3 cup margarine or butter, softened
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon baking powder

How To Make oat apple crisp (cake mix)

Step 1

Peel & slice apples. Put in bottom of 9x13 oan.

Step 2

Mix white sugar, flour, cinnamon, & salt in a bowl. Sprinkle over sliced apples.
Step 3

Drizzle water over top of apples & mixture.
Step 4

In a bowl mix cake mix, oats, margarine, brown sugar, baking powder, & baking soda.
Step 5

Sprinkle mixture over apples. Bake @ 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes.
