  • 1 ounce favorite dry grain (oatmeal, grits, cream/wheat cream/rice)
  • 1 dash baking powder
  • 1 dash ground cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 ounces plain Greek yogurt
  • 3 ounces strawberries or favorite fruit

How To Make no flour no sugar compliant strawberry mug bake

  • Step 1
    Mix egg, banana, nut butter, grain, baking powder, cinnamon, and vanilla (add a dash of sea salt if you'd like) until mostly smooth.
  • Step 2
