How to Make No-Crust Apple Pie
- Peel, core and slice apples in large bowl.
- Put the apples in a greased 9-inch pie pan. Sprinkle tablespoon of sugar and cinnamon on top of apples.
- In a medium bowl mix a cup of sugar, 3/4 cup melted butter, cup flour and egg. Beat well and pour over apples. Bake 350 for 45 minutes. Serve hot or cold.
