Ingredients For nectarine pickles

  • 1/2 c
    white wine vinegar
  • 3/4 c
    sugar
  • 1
    cinnamon stick
  • 1/4 tsp
    chinese five spice powder
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt
  • 1 lb
    nectarines, sliced into wedges

How To Make nectarine pickles

  • 1
    Bring all except nectarines to a boil in a medium saucepan.

    Place nectarines in heatproof container and pour in hot mixture.
  • 3
    Let cool, cover and refrigerate.
