Ingredients

  • 1/2 c
    white wine vinegar
  • 3/4 c
    sugar
  • 1
    cinnamon stick
  • 1/4 tsp
    chinese five spice powder
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt
  • 1 lb
    nectarines, sliced into wedges

How to Make Nectarine Pickles

Step-by-Step

  1. Bring all except nectarines to a boil in a medium saucepan.
  2. Place nectarines in heatproof container and pour in hot mixture.
  3. Let cool, cover and refrigerate.
