1 boxblack cherry jello (large)
1 can(s)crushed pineapple, drained, reserve and chill juice
1 can(s)whole cranberry sauce
1 can(s)dark cherries, pitted, drained, reserve and chill juice
1 cchopped pecans
1 pkgcream cheese, softened
1 csour cream
How to Make Nancy's Black Cherry & Cranberry Heaven
- Make jello with boiling water use the chilled juices rather than cold water use ice cubes to mix to equal about 1 1/2 cups.
- Add cranberry & pineapple mix
- Pecans can either be mixed in or sprinkled on top, refrigerate overnight, or until set.
Mix with hand mixer till smooth ... spread on set jello.
- This will fit nicely in a 9 x 13 pan.
