nancy's black cherry & cranberry heaven
My very dear friend Nancy makes this heavenly dessert. The cherries and pecans may be omitted, and it's still just as good. It's now one of my and my husband's favorite desserts!

Ingredients
- 1 box black cherry jello (large)
- 1 can crushed pineapple, drained, reserve and chill juice
- 1 can whole cranberry sauce
- 1 can dark cherries, pitted, drained, reserve and chill juice
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- TOPPING
- 1 package cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
How To Make nancy's black cherry & cranberry heaven

Step 1Make jello with boiling water use the chilled juices rather than cold water use ice cubes to mix to equal about 1 1/2 cups.

Step 2Add cranberry & pineapple mix

Step 3Pecans can either be mixed in or sprinkled on top, refrigerate overnight, or until set.

Step 4TOPPING: Mix with hand mixer till smooth ... spread on set jello. ENJOY!

Step 5This will fit nicely in a 9 x 13 pan.
