Ingredients

  • 1 can peaches, canned
  • 1 small peaches, canned
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • FOR YOUR COBBLER CRUST
  • 1/3 cup butter or margarine
  • 2 cups self rising flour
  • 1/3 cup milk

How To Make shirley's peach cobbler

  • Step 1
    bake at 375 in 13=9inch butterd pan. put flour in bowl cut in butter or margarine make crumbly mixture. add 1/3 cup milk mix with fork. use 1/2 of dough .Roll on flour surface,roll out thin and put on bottom of the pan, pour peaches sugars cinnamon in pan put on stove cook for a few min pour in baking pan on dough then use other dough roll out thin on flour surface in put on top of peaches dot with butter and sprinkle suger on top bake 25 min
