Ingredients
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 4 cups blackberries
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 1/2 teaspoon grated lemon rind
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon butter or margerine
- 2 - refrigerated pie crusts
How To Make mountain blackberry cobbler

Step 1Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Unfold pie crust and place layer of crust in a casserole dish. Mix remaining ingredients except butter, and pour into dish. Dot mixture with butter and cover with top crust. Sprinkle with a little sugar on top. Bake for 10 minutes and reduce heat to 350 degrees. Bake for 20-25 minutes until crust is golden brown.
