Ingredients

  • ·
    mix until crumbly:
  • 1/2 c
    melted butter ( margerine works too.)
  • 3/4 c
    oatmeal, uncooked
  • 1 c
    all purpose flour
  • 3/4 c
    brown sugar
  • 1 tsp
    cinnamon, ground
  • PRESS 3/4 MIXTURE IN GREASED 9X9 IN. BAKING DISH.

  • SPRINKLE:

  • 4 c
    rhubarb, diced
  • COMBINE:

  • 1 c
    sugar
  • 1 c
    water
  • 2 Tbsp
    corn starch
  • COOK UNTIL CLEAR, CAREFUL NOT TO BURN. ADD:

  • 1 tsp
    vanilla
  • POUR OVER RHUBARB. PUT REST OF CRUMB MIXTURE ON TOP. BAKE 1 HR. AT 350 DEGREES
