Ingredients
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 3/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup butter or oleo
- - filling:
- - mix 4 beaten eggs
- 2 cups sugar
- 1/3 cup all purpose flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- - add 4 cups chopped rhubarb
How To Make mom's rhubarb bars

Step 1Mix and pat into a 9x13 ungreased pan. Bake at 250 degrees for 15-20 minutes

Step 2Spoon filling mixture over crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
