- 1 1/4 cups sugar
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Step 2Mix crust ingredients together, mix well with pastry mixer. Pack in 13 x 9" pan. Bake 20 minutes. let cool 10 minutes.

Step 3Mix filling ingredients together & pour into cooked/cooled crust. Bake 20 more minutes. Sprinkle confectioners's sugar over top.
