This is my mom's recipe. It is oh so good. We loved it as kids because it didn't have any oatmeal in it.
I use Jonathon or Golden Delicious apples.

Ingredients

How to Make Mom's Apple Crisp

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  2. Place apples in baking dish and sprinkle with cinnamon(to taste) and water.
  3. Combine butter, flour and sugar. Fork mixture together. Spread evenly over apples.
  4. Bake in oven until top is brown or apples are done (about 35 minutes)
