Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 - egg
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- - apples, evenly sliced
- - cinnamon
- - sugar
How To Make mom's apple cake

Step 1Mix all dry ingredients.

Step 2Beat egg, milk and butter. Add to dry ingredients and mix well.

Step 3Turn into 8" pan, top with sliced apples. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.

Step 4Bake at 400 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
