I make this recipe for all of our family's special occasions...Birthdays, Mothers Day, Showers and Etc. It is not just Yummy but also has a beautiful presentation...When I go to a pizza place, I always pick up an extra pizza box to carry this in when traveling in the car. You can also decorate the lid of the box to match the celebration.

Ingredients

1 pkg
roll of pillsbury sugar cookie dough
8 oz pkg
cream cheese
1 c
powered sugar
2 c
cool whip
1 tsp
vanilla
strawberries, black berries, kiwi, coconut, white chips, strawberry glaze

How to Make Momma's Fruit Pizza

Step-by-Step

  • 1use a 12 inch cookie pan and line bottom with parchment paper and spray bottom and sides with Pam. Press cookie dough into pan and bake according to directions on package....Cool Completely and remove from pan.
  • 2Mix cream cheese, coolwhip, powered sugar and vanilla until creamy then spread on cookie.
  • 3Put assorted fruit on top in a pretty design...Sprinkle with white chips and drizzle strawberry glaze on top of fruit~~~~Sprinkle with coconut to resemble shredded cheese.
