Ingredients
- 1 pound fresh peaches, or canned
- 1 pound fresh pears, or canned
- 3 - bananas
- 2 tablespoons cream
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 8 - crepes, homemade or prepared
How To Make mixed fruit crepes with whipped cream

Step 1Mash the bananas with cream and sugar and cover the surface of each crepe.

Step 2Cut the peaches and pears into small pieces and lay over the bananas.

Step 3Roll or fold the crepes.

Step 4Place the crepes in a buttered ovenproof dish, dot with butter and bake in a preheated 400 degree oven for 15 minutes.

Step 5Serve with a melba sauce or whipped cream.
