1 lbfresh peaches, or canned
1 lbfresh pears, or canned
8crepes, homemade or prepared
How to Make Mixed Fruit Crepes with Whipped Cream
- Mash the bananas with cream and sugar and cover the surface of each crepe.
- Cut the peaches and pears into small pieces and lay over the bananas.
- Roll or fold the crepes.
- Place the crepes in a buttered ovenproof dish, dot with butter and bake in a preheated 400 degree oven for 15 minutes.
- Serve with a melba sauce or whipped cream.
