Ingredients

  • 1
    ritz brown sugar cinnamon crackers, crushed sleeve
  • 6 oz
    walnuts. chopped
  • 1/2 pkg
    yellow cake mix
  • 2 stick
    butter, unsalted, cut in pieces
  • 20 oz
    can crushed pineapple
  • 24 oz
    frozen mixed berries
  • 1/4 c
    cup lemon liqueur or sweet lemon juice
  • 1/4 c
    brown sugar, light (optional)

How to Make Mixed Berry Crumble

Step-by-Step

  1. Mix crushed crackers with walnuts, cake mix, brown sugar and butter until crumbly.
  2. Mix berries with lemon liqueur
  3. In a large baking pan pour pineapple evenly in bottom of baking pan. Add berries and top off with the crackers, nut, cake and butter crumble. Distribute mixture evenly. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 50 minutes or unti, it's nice and bubbly. Serve with a dollop of whipped cream.
