Ingredients
- FILLING
- 3 cups strawberries, washed, hulled and sliced
- 2 cups blueberries, washed
- 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 3 tablespoons corn starch
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- TOPPING
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 3/4 cup unbleached all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/8 teaspoon ground Himalayan pink salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
How To Make mixed berry crisp

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and lightly grease a large pie plate with cooking spray; set aside.

Step 2In a large bowl, combine berries, lemon juice, and lemon zest. Stir the ingredients before adding sugar, corn starch, and vanilla extract. Mix well and transfer to the prepared pie plate; set aside.

Step 3In another bowl, blend together oats, flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Pour over melted butter and stir until coated and no longer dry.

Step 4Spoon oat mixture on top of the berries, making sure to cover the entire surface.

Step 5Transfer the pie plate to the preheated oven and bake for 30 minutes or until the top is golden brown. Allow to cool 15 minutes before serving.
