1 package mini marshmallows
1 box yellow cake mix
1 - 3 ounces package strawberry jello
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 pint whipping cream ( not whipped)
4 cups chopped rhubarb

How To Make marshmallow rhubarb dessert

Step 1

Prepare cake mix according to box directions. In bottom of a greased and floured 9x13 pan, place package of mini marshmallows, then add prepared cake mix. Over this place rhubarb which has been mixed with jello and sugar. Over this pour the whipping cream. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-55 minutes. Check center of cake to be done with a toothpick.
