When I am not feeling well and my husband has to take care of me, I have him make this because it is so simple!
RECOMMENDATION:
1. The BEST fruit filling with this recipe is
RASPBERRY!
2. Make sure you have 7 other people to share
this with!
Whip Cream or ice cream on top is optional and excellent!

Ingredients

1/2 stick
butter
1 c
flour
1 c
sugar
1 tsp
baking powder
3/4 c
milk
1 can(s)
pie filling

How to Make Marsha's Cobbler

Step-by-Step

  • 1Melt butter in a deep baking dish. ( I use a 2 qt. 9 in. baking dish)
  • 2Mix dry ingred. together & add milk
  • 3Pour batter directly into the center of the melted butter. (Do Not Mix)
  • 4Pour pie filling directly into the center of the batter. (Do Not Mix)
  • 5Bake for 40-45 min. at 375 degrees (or until golden brown-ovens vary)
