When I am not feeling well and my husband has to take care of me, I have him make this because it is so simple!

  • 1/2 stick
  • 1 c
  • 1 c
  • 1 tsp
    baking powder
  • 3/4 c
  • 1 can(s)
    pie filling

How to Make Marsha's Cobbler


  1. Melt butter in a deep baking dish. ( I use a 2 qt. 9 in. baking dish)
  2. Mix dry ingred. together & add milk
  3. Pour batter directly into the center of the melted butter. (Do Not Mix)
  4. Pour pie filling directly into the center of the batter. (Do Not Mix)
  5. Bake for 40-45 min. at 375 degrees (or until golden brown-ovens vary)
