Ingredients
- 4 cups strawberries, fresh whole
- 2 tablespoons aged balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons mint, fresh finely shredded
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon truvia or other sweetner
- 3 cups frozen yogurt, low-fat or fat-free
How To Make marinated strawberries

Step 1Remove stems from strawberries; halve or, if large, quarter berries lengthwise. Combine strawberries, balsamic vinegar, mint, and lemon juice in a medium bowl.

Step 2Add up to 1T sweetner to taste preference.

Step 3Cover and marinated in refrigerator at least 20 minutes or for up to 4 hours.

Step 4To serve, spoon the strawberry mixture over scoops of frozen yogurt.
