How to Make Linda's Cherry Bake
- In a 1 cup measuring cup...add 1 egg and fill to the top with milk. Add 1 cup of the sugar and 1 stick of soft butter. Mix well and add 2 cups of flour and 2 tsp. baking powder. Mix thoroughly, batter will be thick. Spread in ungreased jelly roll pan. Spoon pie filling over batter carefully and gently. Set aside and make the topping as follows:
- Mix and crumble over the top of pie filling:
1 cup sugar, 1 stick softened butter and 1 cup flour. Bake at 350 for 45 min-1 hour until slightly browned and bubbly.
