- 1 cup butter room temp
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar..plus extra to sprinkle
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 tablespoon lemon zest, grated
- 2/3 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 4 - eggs

Step 1Preheat Oven 350

Step 2In a food processor place butter , flour and powdered sugar . Pulse until the mixture is mixed together. Press into a 13x9 baking dish using floured hands. Bake for 20 min

Step 3With a mixer beat eggs, sugar, Lemon juice and zest. After blended well add baking powder. Pour over Hot crust. Bake another 30 min

Step 4Allow to cool completley before cutting. After cutting sprinkle with powdered sugar.
